Steps to success

Step 1- Contact me

Lets get this journey started! Reach out to me via a booking form, message or email to let me know you would like to start working together. Outline in that message if its nutrition, exercise, health or all three you need support with. 

Step 4- Start tracking

Its time for me to get to know you more, so depending on what your journey needs you will be provided with online trackers. This could be nutrition, exercise, body stats, symptom tracking etc. 

Step 2- Zoom call with me

We will go through a 45 minute zoom call as a FREE initial consultation. I will send you some tasks to do beforehand so I can come to this call prepped with a roadmap of what your journey might look like. 

Step 5- Custom E-book

Working with me is not like normal coaching, yes you get custom programming and advice, but where I stand out is as we go I am creating you your own custom book. Each week I add 3-5 pages of education, tips, recipes and protocols that support you and your goals. This means when our time together ends, you have access to this information again and you don't have to go scrolling through messages or emails to find it. 

Step 3- Sign up

You have decided to work with me, yay! This is where the work starts, I will set you up with your own custom folder online. There will be some initial paperwork to do for you and document set up for me.

Step 6- Ongoing support

During your time working with me, not only do you get the programming and e-book but you also get access to me weekly for text support and a zoom call every month for 30 minutes to discuss strategy and programme tweaks.
