Service Description
Before working with anyone I like to get a good idea of what your goals are and how I can help you. The FREE consultation can involve any or all of the following: - Questionnaires about your overall health and nutrition - Video based movement analysis From this appointment you will get a written report to keep completely free of charge so no risk involved with booking this initial appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings have a 24 hr cancellation policy. Meaning if you cancel your session less than 24 hours before I cannot guarantee another session in the same week. Cancellations for holistic reviews made after the 24 hour mark will incur a small £10 fee which will be invoice for via email.
