Need help with your nutrition to support underlying conditions or your fitness goals?
Service Description
A one off 20 minute consultation about your needs in relation to nutrition. This will allow us to meet and get to know each other better. It will also allow me to gauge what level of coaching is going to be most beneficial for you. Before your appointment you will be sent a fully comprehensive set of questions so that I can plan out your ideal journey before we even talk.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings have a 24 hr cancellation policy. Meaning if you cancel your session less than 24 hours before I cannot guarantee another session in the same week. Cancellations for holistic reviews made after the 24 hour mark will incur a small £10 fee which will be invoice for via email.
