I worked with Sophie for about 8 months while adjusting to a changing body due to menopause. I highly recommend Sophie as a coach - and I say this as someone who is a trained coach. Sophie strikes the perfect balance between guidance and independence, and allowed me to feel fully responsible for my achievements. ​I contacted Sophie due to her qualifications and experience with helping women through exercise and nutrition paticularly through menopause and women's related issues. At the time I was suffering with chronic back pain and sciatica and symptoms of perimenopause. After my detailed consultation I knew she was the one for me. I chose my preferred exercise routine and added the nutrition pack even though I thought I ate pretty healthily. It wasn't long before I was seeing results with many of my symptoms. These improved each week as she fed back areas to work on for the following week. I listened and implemented her suggestions. Boy was she right ever time!
At some PT sessions I would arrive being in so much pain thinking I wasn't going to be able to do any exercises but not only did Sophie tailor the sessions to work around the pain but I left sessions with no pain at all!!! I wasn't prepared for her knowledge, experience, support and guidance. She gave me the tools and confidence with nutrition and PT exercises to go it alone and manage my symptoms on my own. Eternally grateful and absolutely worth my time and money.

Sophie is the only personal trainer I’ve worked with, the gym was anxious space for me despite wanting to learn more. Sophie took that anxiety and melted it away almost instantly. She made me feel as if it was just us two in the gym, she taught me to barbell lift which was a dream taught me being fit and being strong is better then straight up weight loss which was an obsession of mine. She really helped me smash new goals, weights every session offered outside support via text and was happy to put up with me despite being neurodivergent. She would create a plan for me but if there was something I wanted to try outside of that she would add it on and show me so I got to do things I always avoided through anxiety. Having her as my coach three times a week guiding and teaching me was some of the best progress I’ve ever made in strength physically and mentally she’s an amazing personal trainer I am lucky to have met her.

I reached out to Sophie following on from receiving blood test results and being unsure as the best way to improve certain aspects of my diet. I spent 3 months with Sophie’s coaching on Nutrition and also followed her exercise program. Both were incredibly detailed and informative, she was able to pin point areas of my diet which needed attention and gave me daily guidance, (responding immediately to any of my questions or queries) a weekly pdf report that focussed on my week and advice on the following one. In addition she provided a monthly zoom call.
I found Sophie very personable, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I leant so much in such a short time, and would recommend her services to anyone who wants to be coached on nutrition, food and gut health. The fitness program was fantastic
